« I booked a king bed accessible room with roll in shower, but upon arrival they said there were none available, so I got a king bed accessible room with tub. For me, that is ok, but not for those who need a roll in shower. Upon entering the room my wheelchair tires were sticky to the tile flooring. « Unfortunately I will not be back. The driveway was hard to find and you have to drive through the parking lot for a gas station to get in, and the rest of the accessible entrances are walled off. Upon arrival, the front desk was empty, telling guests to call a number to get someone’s attention. They did have a nice welcome non alcoholic drink and a cool towel. But then the attendant was a bit too enthusiastic with my bag when I told them multiple times I was fine carrying it-then followed me...

« j'ai passé un temps minim en arrivant le soir après 7h et repartant avant7h30. L'hotel est standard, bon état général. J'ai eu tout le mal du monde pour manger le soir car je ne voulais pas reprendre la voiture. meme en livraison, étant donné l'heure j'ai abandonné. J'ai trouvé le prix assez élevé pour une prestation moyenne. »

« Overall we were satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean. The pool was satisfactory. The breakfast was lacking some. It would’ve benefitted from some eggs and sausage/bacon. We only had two towels in our room. When I asked about getting more, housekeeping said that there was a shortage of towels and that they had no idea where they were disappearing to. She said there was a load in the wash and they would bring us some when they were done. We got three new ones for the next day. »
